By accessing or using PB's Finest (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PB's Finest provides AI-generated informational content and planning tools. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or licensed financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use PB's Finest.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When you link a bank, brokerage, or other financial account, you authorize PB's Finest and its data aggregators to access account data on your behalf. You may disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard.

Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law.

PB's Finest and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content and data you provide, and grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PB's Finest's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
